When I first looked into your eyes
I didn't know what to say

 I think of all the times we shared
Be it good or bad
The way you cheered me up
Wnenever I am sad

 Every smile that touched your lips
Brightened up my day
Every gentle word you spoke
Made everything okay

 Whenever you hold my hand
I feel important to you
And I'm happy cause I feel that

 The day I looked into your eyes
