Butterfly

Two butterflies dancing in the sky
Wings fluterring around the other
Above my starry eyes
not trying to take cover

They flew up
and then down
straight ahead
and then back around

I watched intenetly
Life so simple
Two creatures in love
beneath the stars twinkle

No chaos within
no lies or deceit
no past that keeps calling
or lovers heart defeat.

They danced for minutes
no care but of their own
Making shapes with smooth divets
like graceful glass blown

Moments like this
bring peace deep within
tohave this feeling
would be heaven unknown
